Hello website viewers! I am Vinnie Prisbrey, a dancer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am currently dancing with Utah Ballet, the resident company of the University of Utah's Department of Ballet. I just got through dancing with the San Diego Ballet in California, and am enjoying dancing principle roles with Utah Ballet. I feel like I am just scratching the surface of all that is out there, and I am eager to show the world what I have to offer. While I am attending school to get my master's degree in ballet teaching and choreography, my main focus is still on performing. I am constantly on the lookout for new opportunities in my field and new ways to express myself.
The purpose of this website, is to represent me as a dancer, and network with fellow dancers, company directors and dance enthusiasts. If you are reading this as another dancer, I would love to talk to you about all the highs and lows of our art form. If you are a choreographer, or company director feel free to look at my photos, resume and dance videos and contact me if you would like more information. I will continue to write in my blog, talking about auditions, company life, and my growth as a dancer. I would appreciate any comments of feedback you may have.
